Another untouched photo. I’ve finally finished looking through all 1200 + images from the wedding, and I wanted to share a few of my favorites. Good luck, Emily and James!

Emily, James, and the whole bridal party throw the Texas hook ‘em horns at their Austin wedding. Another untouched image.

I’m so excited about Emily and James’ Austin book nerd wedding. I’m back in 20 degree Connecticut now, but for a few days I enjoyed temperatures in the 70s. It was everything you could ask for from a wedding – perfect couple, perfect weather. I’ll be posting more pictures as I review them, but I thought I’d throw this one up. This is Emily, just after getting her hair and makeup done. Raw camera exposure – She really looks this beautiful without a single stroke in Photoshop. Please note my supreme restraint and boldness in posting an untouched picture, which I normally never do. Emily doesn’t need any help on my end – just some beautiful window light.

I’ve followed in the footsteps of my former employer, Suna Lee into the world of boudoir. I think it’s a great way for women to celebrate who they are, and feel good about their bodies.

When the shutter closes, only half the work is done. All photos must be edited, and sometimes retouched. This is a very time-consuming process and the results should not be obvious unless you compare them to the original negative. I’ve decided to upload some “before and after” images so you can see what happens when an image is worked over.
